01.  Do you provide support across the education sector?

Although our focus and expertise is largely in the Primary sector, we do have a number of associates who have experience and skills in the Early Years and Secondary sectors, and we are always happy to discuss your individual needs. If we can't help directly, we probably know somebody that can.

02.  Do you only work with Local Authority or Maintained Schools?

Absolutely not - we are happy to work in all types of schools, from small, independent schools, to large Multi Academy Trusts.

Ultimately, our aim is to support school improvement, working with school leaders to ensure that our young people are receiveing the best possible education and achieveing the best possible outcomes.

03.  Do you only work with Headteachers?

No, whilst much of our work is with Headteachers and other Senior Leaders, we also work with subject leaders, for example developing monitirong work, and Governors, to support them in strengthening their knowledge of school evaluation.

We can also support with personal and professional development for class teachers, for example through training sessions and INSET days. Please see our Services page for more information.

04.  How can I arrange for you to support our school?

Firstly get in touch using one of the methods listed above to arrange an introductory phonecall. During this time, we will establish your requirements and plan an initial visit to the school. Following this initial visit, a programme of support will be arranged which suits your identified needs.

Visits may range from half days to 3 days, all arranged to suit the clients needs, and planned and agreed in advance.

All visits will be followed up by a written report within 3 working days.

05.  Do you work with other associates?

We are always looking for other experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as associates.
